Online orders typically take between 24 and 72 hours to be processed and shipped depending on the amount of overall orders. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.


In cases when we offer free shipping, please keep in mind it only ever applies to contiguous U.S. orders. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Orders outside of the contiguous U.S have standard shipping rates. 

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and shipment can take up to 10 business days. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day after your order. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. The Metro Boutique will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for shipping.
